  I was unfortunate enough to come into this BWS last week while a lady with long dark brown hair was working, I don't remember what her name tag said. She sat behind the desk on the computer, did not greet me then while I walked around for 15 minutes having a look she did not once offer help. Once I had picked my bottle of wine and went to the counter it seemed like I was in the wrong and I shouldn't have disturbed her from the computer as she huffed and sighed when I put my bottle on the counter. I got no "how was your day going" she just scanned it and read me out the price. I will NEVER be coming back to this store her customer service was terrible! I hope the manager thinks twice before putting her on to work again.

  Bought drinks from here a couple of times and service was amazing. As every alcohol store should, ID was asked for all occupants purchasing alcohol, clearly this shows the level of professionalism this store has. Will be returning

  Was really glad for the gesture by BWS- Riverlink on the 1st day of lockdown i.e. 8th Jan 2021. I am the Yello Courier Driver. It was a big queue in Woolworths as I wanted to purchase masks.
  But, seeing the big queue, I was taken aback, but, the lady at BWS did observe me and handed over 4 masks which she had extra.
  Might be small one but was an important gesture and I do appreciate. Thanks !

  The lady, with long brownish black hair and heavy eye liner, that served me was extremely rude. Because i had my sister with me, who i was baby sitting at the time. She REFUSED to serve me because she was with me. She did not touch anything but i was told because she was with me "looking" at the alcohol I myself 21 years old could not purchase otherwise SHE the worker would get a 8k fine and it was illegal to serve me. I was extremely angry at this situation and had to leave my $100 worth of alcohol and take my business elsewhere. It was disgusting and has never happened to me before.

  Lovely Staff Member and great assistance. Great prices. Nice clean and tidy Store. Going back for specials as they have to wait for stock.
