- MeL Duckett Added December 09, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wasn't happy that I knocked as my appointment time was 7.15am. Apparently knocking frightens your staff. I don't like making appointments and standing out in the cold. Then to be condescending at me for knocking.

The technician was extremely patient with my very nervous/shy 4 year old and got her talking within the first few minutes (which is so rare!) she ended up laying still the entire time and has even asked to go back and see him. Will absolutely be recommending to others. Thank you so much again!

A special mention to Brooke, thankyou so much for the help today with organising a wheelchair for me and waiting out the front of the clinic until I arrived. The customer service that brooke offered me was professional and kind. She went our of her way to organise a wheelchair for me and made my experience at the clinic fantastic. I was seen to within 15 mins and was spoken to kindly and professionally. I highly recommend this clinic.
