My partner and I went in for a simple request back in March, just to change the account from my name into my partners and spent over an hour with one of the sales staff who clearly didn't know what to do. He had us call customer service in the store for assistance, to then fill out and sign the relevant forms, had our ID's copied to be faxed off for change of account which we now find out he never did.
My advice to anyone is, it's a waste of time going in store. Avoid it completely, do your research online, call customer service and do everything online or over the phone.
